It has a presence in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Latin America, the Middle East, South and South East Asia. One of the guiding spirits of the Center is Dr. Warren Bennis who is the Founder of The Leadership Institute and Founding Director of the American Leadership Forum. Business week Magazine described him as the “dean of leadership gurus”. At our inception, Dr. Bennis served as Honorary Chairman of the Center. As a result of globalization, it was felt that there was a critical and urgent need for a truly “global” organization that could bridge the gap between North America and the rest of the world, in the areas of Leadership and Management Development. |
